Our Mission...
The Foundation of the Allegheny Region Conference of the Churches of God is a tax exempt, not-for-profit, exclusively for charitable purpose as set forth in Section 501 © (3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986.
The Foundation is to enhance Christian ministry now and for generations to come. The Foundation is committed to the Christian faith and Christian service. The Foundation is to assist and enable the proclamation of the gospel of Jesus Christ in making Christian disciples. It functions as a catalyst, bringing churches closer together in a united effort to obey the Great Commission to enlarge and strengthen the body of Christ within the Allegheny Region Conference of the Churches of God. The Foundation shall assist in funding programs, projects, endeavors or ministries along side the various ministries, churches and/or agencies of the Allegheny Region Conference of the Churches of God and affiliates.
Our Development Philosophy...
• Promote the practice of Biblical stewardship principles.
• Encourage faithful stewardship, tithing and benevolent responsibilities.
• Enlarge vision and stimulate increasing participation and support.
• Encourage planning and strategy development as a path to goal achievement.
• Maintain flexibility, enabling The Foundation to address varied needs, concerns and problems that are deemed to be essential for the over-all well being, health and vitality of the churches, affiliated organizations and agencies of the Allegheny Region Conference.
• Manage the resources of The Foundation to bring growth and expansion of ministry.
